Summary of sales policy V12 for Bạch Vân and Đảo Ngọc (from 11 September 2026) and V01 for Vịnh Mây (from 12 September 2026), reviewed on 30 September 2026. The policies apply until replaced; the offers in the earlier V11 policy no longer apply since V12/V01 took effect. A transaction follows the policy in force on the day the first transaction document is signed; recheck the unit and payment plan.
01Early payment
Without a loan, paying 100% within 15 days of signing the purchase contract (HĐMB): 7.5% off for Bạch Vân shell with immediate construction (on the base price) and for deferred-construction homes (on the land-use and commercial value); 15% for finished Đảo Ngọc. Vịnh Mây: 7.5% from 1 October 2026 (expected, per the developer’s documents). The 24/36-month extended plans add 10%/15%. Bases differ; benefits are not automatically cumulative.
Vịnh Mây: the 9% rate and the 60-month interest-support package apply only until the end of 30 September 2026.
02Interest support
0% interest for 18, 24, 30 or 36 months, with a price uplift of 3.5% / 8% / 13.5% / 19.5% (70% loan option); deferred-construction homes also offer an 80% option on the land-use and commercial value, capped at 70% of the price. Finished Đảo Ngọc: up to 24 months, built into the base price. Available only to buyers who meet the designated bank’s lending conditions.
03Additional offers
The Vinhomes home-ownership voucher pays up to 30% of the home value (use by 31 December 2026); management fees waived for 24 months; a choice of a VND 100 million Vinmec voucher or a 5-night Vinpearl e-voucher. Some offers apply only to a limited number of homes or to specific unit lists.
The Vingroup anniversary offer for VinClub members (0.5–2.7%) runs until 31 October 2026, only through the VinClub-run channel, not through sales agents.
