Address after the 2025 reorganisation
Làng Vân, Hải Vân ward (formerly Hòa Hiệp Bắc ward, Liên Chiểu district), Da Nang. After the 2025 administrative reorganisation, Department of Construction letters issued in 2026 give the address as Hải Vân ward; many older documents still use Hòa Hiệp Bắc and Liên Chiểu.
The project lies below the Hai Van Pass, where the Bạch Mã range meets Da Nang Bay, wrapping around Nam Chơn Bay.

Living between mountains and sea
With the mountains behind and the bay in front, most districts look out to the sea or to the Hai Van forest. Đảo Ngọc occupies the seaward peninsula, while Tinh Vân lies on the northern hillside.
When you visit, ask about wind direction, slope and the walking distance to the beach for the specific unit.
